At Madison Color, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items marked as final sale or customized products are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
